Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in cases of technical issues in booking, which will be communicated if they occur.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any options for cancellation once the booking has been confirmed by the official Corbett entities. This is because once a safari booking is confirmed, it is not refundable under any circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the package to be eligible for a refund due to a technical issue, please ensure that:

  • The package was purchased in the last 10 days.

Non-refundable Packages

  • Safari packages booked on a priority basis.

  • Night Stay packages.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any package that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion, especially since once the official Corbett entities confirm a safari booking, no refund is possible.
